Week one testimonial
"This First week has been a challenge for me with keeping track of everything, what I eat and all my exercise activities. But, I am exited about this competition more than anything. However I will admit my body….hurts!  I now know the true meaning of the saying no pain no gain or in this case no pain no lost!  I think one of the hardest challenges I have to over come by far is temptation.  This past week I have been tying to supplement my craves for sweets with granola bars and sweet fruits like strawberries, thus far it has been a success. I just keep taking it one day at a time and giving it my all."

Week Two

"This week there has been less pain, which has been great! I have been pushing myself at my workouts and I hope it shows on the scale. I am still waiting for that extra energy boost to kick in, though! My main focus is to just stay positive with my workouts and my eating."
