Week one testimonial
"WOW, my muscles are sore! My first week has been great! The workouts were all very different and I loved that. After two years of not much activity, I am definitely out of shape. The workouts are challenging and I know that I am pushed much harder than I would have pushed myself. In the end I know it will make me so much more successful in this program. Sticking to a low fat diet is always a challenge, I say that like I have done it more than once. You can do it for a while and then something in your life happens and you get off track. I have always struggled with the commitment to eating healthy long term. I think the options today make it easier for all of us especially eating out. Subway's turkey on wheat with fat free honey mustard is pretty darn good with lots of nice veggies!"
Week two testimonial
I am not as sore as last week but still feel like I have
worked hard at the training sessions. I can feel my body
changing mostly getting stronger and that is great!
My biggest challenge this week isn't the food at all it is
getting more workouts in. With work and taking care of my
family it has been a difficult week to add extra workouts, I
know that next week I have to plan better. It is so easy to
just keep going and not stop to fit it in. I look forward to
the time with the trainers because I know that I will be
working out hard and it is worth it. Losing weight in your
40's is difficult, you can't just eat well, it has to
include exercise.
I am kind of becoming bored with my food choices, I need to
take some time to investigate new low fat choices. I am open
to any suggestions, kind of getting tired of turkey.
