Week one testimonial
"Week one was grueling, I haven't moved this much in a LOOOOONG time. Mainly muscle pain. I have been sleeping better, and (outside of muscle aches) feeling better when I wake up. The low fat diet hasn't been too bad (so far), I didn't realize how many low fat choices are out there these days. I always thought I would fade away and die if I had to eat "rabbit food" everyday. All in all, I like it, and I think I'm gonna make it..."
Week two
Grueling, still. The personal trainers are wearing me out. My wind is getting better. I can make it through a workout without feeling like I'm going to lose my lunch. Almost 10 pounds in two weeks. That's a good 10, too, not some bizarre carb free goofy diet. I been eating a lot of food, just fat free (or almost fat free), lean meats, fruit. I'm not going hungry, but still losing! Oh, but my legs hurt..."
Week three
I dropped almost 3 this week. I feel in better shape, but it seems like the weight is slow to come off. But then, it took me ten years to get this size... I still dread the workouts, but I feel good afterward. I can run up a flight of stairs without getting winded and shoot hoops with my son without hurting the next morning.
